Chelsea welcome back their 'Special One' manager Jose Mourinho on a four year contract on Monday.

The portuguese coach who left Real Madrid last weekend has returned to Chelsea in the hopes of winning more Premier League titles as he did in 2005 and 2006 after his departure in 2007.
